    Our first session is a comprehensive movement assessment and discussion learning more about you and your goals. Using physical therapy expertise, we will dive deep into your medical and injury history to help guide your plan. Most importantly, you should feel excited for this new journey.

    Individualized Program.

    Each session includes an individualized workout, created just for you based on your movement strategies, history, and goals. It begins with a mobility-focused warmup, intentional strength training, and includes cardio bursts related to your goals. No cookie-cutter workouts here!
