Helping You Stay Active for Life

Serving adults on the Seacoast of NH through movement, recovery, performance, and long-term health.

You shouldn’t have to give up the things that make you feel like yourself.

Movement is more than exercise. It’s adventure, stress relief, community, identity, and quality of life. Ridgeline provides one-on-one care for active adults who want to recover well, move confidently, and continue doing hard things for years to come.

When Inactivity Isn’t an Option

Whether you’re training for your next race, navigating postpartum recovery, managing persistent pain, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to feel stronger in your everyday life, Ridgeline provides individualized care that meets you where you are.

Too often people are told to stop doing the activities they love when pain arises. Our approach is different. Through movement, education, hands-on care, and strength-based rehabilitation, we help active adults build resilience, move confidently, and stay connected to the things that matter most to them.

Ways We Support Active Lifestyles

Orthopedic & Performance
Physical Therapy

A comprehensive approach to physical therapy for acute and chronic injuries. Morgan treats a wide range of conditions including tendinopathy, neck and back pain, and joint issues such as shoulder, knee, and hip pain or arthritis.

Treatment may include dry needling, cupping, soft tissue work, and individualized exercise to reduce pain and restore movement — with the goal of helping you return to the activities you love with confidence.

Pelvic Health &
Perinatal Physical Therapy

Pelvic health concerns are deeply personal and can significantly impact how you move, train, and experience daily life. This work is approached with care, respect, and a strong emphasis on education and collaboration.

Sessions combine movement, hands-on treatment, and education to reduce pain, improve function and overall quality of life, and help you feel more at home in your body again.

Ridgeline Performance

Comprehensive remote strength programming for outdoor athletes focused on building resilience, endurance, confidence, and long-term strength through approachable, sustainable training.

Designed to support runners, climbers, hikers, bikers, and snow sport athletes who want to keep doing what they love for as long as possible, as well as busy humans looking for efficient, structured training that actually fits into real life.

Massage Therapy

Whether you’re training hard, recovering from injury, spending long hours at a desk, or simply feeling disconnected from your body, massage therapy at Ridgeline is designed to help you move and feel better in your everyday life.

Jake combines hands-on bodywork with mobility-focused care to support recovery, improve movement quality, and build a stronger foundation for how you move, train, and live.
