Hey, I’m Morgan.

I help athletes of all ages return to the activities they love by reducing pain and restoring function.

As an athlete myself, I understand the importance of staying active and continuing to do the things that make you happy and apart of a community. Whether that be on the trails with your feet, bike, or skis; in the gym with a kettlebell, barbell, or dumbbells; or on the field with your sport team, I’m here to help. Let’s keep moving.

What’s my background?

Education:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy, Western Carolina University

  • BS Exercise Science, Elon University

Specialites:

  • Strength and Conditioning / Orthopedics

  • Post-op ACL Reconstruction Rehab

  • Pelvic Health / Pregnancy & Postpartum

After years of working with diverse populations of athletes ranging all ages and abilities, I have fallen in love with helping the middle-aged athlete stay healthy and active to continue working towards performance goals. After all, age is just a number.

I’m also passionate about helping to introduce safe, healthy movement to individuals who may want to get back to activity but are fearful due to previous or current pain/injury. Movement has helped me be happier and I want to share that with others in a way that fits them!

After growing up in Southern Maine, spending most of my free time playing sports and adventuring outside with my family, I moved to North Carolina for 11 years. In 2021 I moved to the NH Seacoast to be closer to family, explore a new area, and open up Ridgeline PT!

In my free time I can be found in the gym lifting weights, running with friends, biking in the woods, or really anywhere outdoors. I don’t sit still very well and enjoy traveling to see all our country and world has to offer!
